The Touch for Health to go app is marketed and operated by Conny Bruhn, Zepernicker Str. 46A, 13125 Berlin (in Germany), hereinafter referred to as: Conny Bruhn/wir.
The protection of personal user data is very important to us. We conduct our activities in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and data security. With the present terms of use, users are informed about the scope of the application, liability issues and responsibilities.
The use of TFH to go and its content requires prior express consent to the terms of use and the data protection declaration. The application of the kinesiological method Touch for Health requires basic knowledge, which was acquired as part of a course, training or reading relevant literature.

Touch for Health to go is a smartphone application (app) that supports trained kinesiologists or people interested in kinesiology in using the Touch for Health technique to help themselves or others to dissolve blockages and achieve balance.
However, none of the services offered by Conny Bruhn constitute medical or medical advice. These are also not a substitute for an examination or treatment by a doctor or therapist.
Conny Bruhn is entitled to change the functionality and design of Touch for Health to go at any time.
Should individual clauses of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
2 Deployment of the App
The use requires the download and successful installation of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To download Touch for Health to go, the conditions of the respective store must be observed.
All natural persons are entitled to use Touch for Health to go.
3 Rights to Use Information, Software and Documentation
The use of the provided information, software and documentation is subject to these conditions. Separately agreed license conditions, e.g. when downloading software, take precedence over these conditions.
Neither information, software nor documentation may be distributed, rented or otherwise made available by the user to third parties at any time. The Information, Software and Documentation are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The user is obliged to respect these rights.
4 Intellectual Property
Information, brand names, design and other content from Touch for Health to go may not be changed, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, traded, used, supplemented or otherwise exploited in any way without the prior written consent of Conny Bruhn.
Apart from the rights of use or other rights expressly granted herein, the user is not granted any further rights of any kind, in particular to the company name and industrial property rights such as patents, utility models or trademarks, nor is Conny Bruhn obliged to grant such rights.
Insofar as the user deposits ideas and suggestions within the framework of the app, Conny Bruhn may use these free of charge for the development, improvement and sale of the products from his portfolio.
5 User Obligations
The user uses Touch for Health to go as part of his kinesiology training or work.
Using the app does not replace
- learning the technology as part of a course or training
- Acquiring factual information through literature, e.g. Touch for Health Complete Edition 2005, John and Matthew Thie
- consulting a doctor for health problems

The Touch for Health to go app may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Conny Bruhn assumes no liability for the content of these websites, since Conny Bruhn is not responsible for the content and information provided there. Their use is at the user’s own risk.

In Touch for Health to go you will find various information on health, exercise and similar topics for informational purposes. They do not replace personal advice, care or treatment by professionals. Touch for Health to go does not indicate to the user when a doctor’s visit would be necessary.

Conny Bruhn can change or discontinue Touch for Health to go at any time without prior notice. It can also change these conditions at any time. The changes will be displayed in an appropriate manner and the consent of the users will be obtained.
German law applies exclusively to all questions and disputes in connection with Touch for Health to go, with the express exclusion of conflict of law provisions. Mandatory conflict of law provisions remain reserved. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin; mandatory places of jurisdiction are reserved.
