2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

3. Cookies and consent management

We use the Complianz plugin to obtain and store your choice regarding cookies and similar technologies. A technically necessary cookie is set on your device to remember your choice. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR and Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings.

4. Audience measurement with Google Analytics (only with consent)

If you consent, we use Google Analytics via the Site Kit by Google plugin. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics collects pseudonymised usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate origin, device and time spent, to help us improve the website. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer relies on the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where Google is certified. Without your consent, no analytics tracking takes place (Google Consent Mode, default: denied). The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.

5. Contacting us and the contact form

If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process the details in your message (name, email address, message text, time) to answer your request. Messages sent through the form are stored in the website database for this purpose. We delete them once your request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

6. Spam protection with hCaptcha

To protect the contact form from spam and abuse, we use hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., 350 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and interaction data is transmitted to hCaptcha to check whether the input comes from a human. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information is available in hCaptcha’s privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.

7. Website security

To protect against attacks and unauthorised login attempts, we use the security plugins Wordfence and Limit Login Attempts Reloaded. IP addresses and login attempts are processed, and requests matching known attack patterns are blocked. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. No connection to Google servers or other font providers is established when you visit the page.

9. Links to app stores and external sites

This website contains links to Google Play and the Apple App Store as well as other external sites. Once you click a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence on their data processing.

Within the framework of the law, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to us at info@touch-for-health-app.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your place of residence.
